The New Jack Swing era, of late 80s to mid-90s, gave birth to a movement of dances named after pop culture fixtures, popular emcees of the time, or simply named after the motion of movement they mimicked. This design is inspired by a pure appreciation of this era. In short, this tee is a celebration of movement and happiness.

This textography flip of a throwback sneaker silhouette with the names of some of the most known dances from the late 80s and early 90s. There are definitely a handful of dances that didn’t make this design, maybe another rework in the future, who knows.
